Waggyy return policy

Shipping and Delivery

Waggyy offers standard shipping within the United States for all orders. Your items will typically be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days after the order is placed, with expected delivery within an additional 3-5 business days. Shipping timelines are estimated and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including carrier delays or holiday seasons.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Waggyy is not responsible for any delays in delivery once the package has been handed over to the carrier.

Shipping Costs and Policy

Shipping is included in the price of each product or subscription within the United States, meaning no additional shipping fees are applied at checkout. Waggyy currently only ships within the U.S. but may expand to international shipping in the future. Any updates to our shipping policy will be communicated on the Site.

In cases where expedited shipping is requested, additional charges may apply, which will be calculated and displayed at checkout if and when such options are made available.

Order Processing Timeframes

Orders are processed within 3-5 business days after receipt. This processing time applies to both standard orders and subscription shipments. During high-demand periods or due to unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be extended. Customers will be notified of any significant delays, and we will make every effort to fulfill orders as soon as possible.

Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns of items that are unused, unwashed, and in new condition. Items must be returned within 30 days of the original shipping date to be eligible for a full refund, minus any shipping costs. Returns received between 31-60 days of the original shipping date are eligible for store credit only. No returns will be accepted after 60 days from the original shipping date.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact customer support at jessica@waggyy.com to receive a Return Authorization. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Exchange Policy: Exchanges are only available if you receive an incorrect or damaged item. In such cases, Waggyy will provide a complimentary return label, and a replacement item will be sent as soon as the original item is returned and inspected.

Customer Responsibility on Returns

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or defective upon arrival. Please ensure that items are securely packaged for return to prevent damage during transit. Waggyy is not liable for items lost or damaged during return shipping, so we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for higher-value items.

Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

Final Sale Items: Any items marked as "Final Sale" on the product page are not eligible for return or refund.

Used or Washed Items: Items that have been used, worn, or washed cannot be returned.

Customized Items: Any items that have been customized or personalized are not eligible for return or exchange.
